Shipping Policy

• Orders are typically shipped out within 7 to 14 days of placing the order
  
• Once the order has been shipped - 2 to 5 day shipping for domestic orders
  
• If you do not receive your item, please contact us.

Wrong Address / Undeliverable Orders Policy

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable shipping address provided at checkout, we will contact the customer to request an updated address.

We offer the following options:

1. Reshipment – Once a corrected address is provided, we can reprint and reship the order.
   A processing fee will apply to cover reprint, shipping and handling.

2. Partial Refund – If the customer prefers not to reship, we can issue a partial refund, which excludes the original shipping cost and any production costs already incurred, as all items are made to order.

If we do not receive an updated address or a response within 7 days of our address confirmation email being sent, we will assume the customer no longer wishes to receive the items and automatically proceed with Option 2: Partial Refund.

We do this to avoid indefinite delays and to ensure transparency and fairness in our fulfillment process.
